A few months ago I purchased this beautiful mug from Victory Crystals (I had been admiring it for awhile) for my mom's birthday. It's printed with the beautiful word Namaste, which is a Hindu gesture of gratitude and respect. It also features the symbol, Om. Om, a sacred sound. A sound that connects mind, body, and spirit. A sound that aligns us, not just to one-another, but to the entire Universe. This vibrational tone reminds us that we're all connected. We are part of the same kind, and we are one.

Spring Fever

Spring has finally arrived! The Spring Equinox marks the first day of spring. I am so happy to start seeing the beautiful flowers blooming everywhere, and for warmer weather to arrive. Spring represents renewal, and it is wonderful to see near the beginning of a new year. We are very lucky this year because not only is there a New Moon on the Spring Equinox, but a Solar Eclipse as well! This is a perfect representation of a new beginning.
